Happy Autism Day!

Happy Autism Day! Yes, happy. No parent wants their child to struggle through life. To get upset because they or the people around them lack understanding. But i wouldn't change my Gwennie for all the books in the world!! She is absolutely brilliant, beautiful, and will do amazing things... one day Her diagnosis changes nothing except the way we go about teaching her. And bonus, she gets to be my baby girl just a little bit longer as she takes her time to learn. So, for me, Autism is a struggle but the best rewards are the hardest fought for.
